Who you are is what you settle for, you know?

I just adore these new pants from Belle Epoque and as I was putting together an outfit to blog while wearing them, a friend IM’d me and wanted to take a random pic of me. While that, in itself, is unusual, I was game.  He tried to think of music/singers I could evoke for a theme and Janis Joplin’s name came up. The lightbulb went off!!! Janis was so kooky and talented and these pants screamed hippie, bell bottoms and kooky so here’s my take. I wish she knew just how freaking talented an artist she was.  Anyway, hope you all had a great weekend and here we go on with a new work week. (p.s. As of the posting of this blog, I hadn’t received my finished pic from my friend yet.)
