The beach is not always a place; sometimes it’s a feeling

Can we chat? Yesterday, I was looking at some pictures on Flickr and I noticed someone’s hair or accessory that I liked in their pictures. When I went to look at the list of items the blogger was wearing, I noticed that not all the items they were wearing were listed under the picture. A few bloggers also had links to their blogs, so I clicked on the link hoping to see a more expansive listing of the items but no such luck!  Is there some reason why anyone would blog an entire look but not list all the items that make up that look?  Please, please fill me in because, without some explanation, it’s truly frustrating!  Do they do it because they figure that since the item isn’t new, why bother?  Or do they like (need) the attention from people asking about a particular item that wasn’t listed? Well, it’s their blog and they can do what they want, even if I don’t see the point.  As for me, I even list items that I’m wearing that aren’t available anymore just so that someone doesn’t spend time looking for them. (I confess that sometimes I do miss the end of an event but that’s why I ALWAYS give a link to the main store so you can find the item there instead!)

Just as a side note: If I have used an applier for something such as my eyes, lashes or lipsticks, I usually don’t remember what I’ve used by the time I publish my blog post. It also doesn’t show up in the outfit list in Firestorm so it gets left out of my “DETAILS” list below. I’m always willing to try and remember the item if anyone inquires. Otherwise, everything else I’m wearing you’ll find listed below.
